Required Documents
- Past two (2) years W-2 statements
- Last 2 recent Pay Stubs covering at least 30 days.
- Last 3 months Bank or Credit Union Statements.
- If Self Employed, your last 2 years Tax Returns,1040's (only) with all schedules
- Copy of ID/Driver's License of State ID Card
- Copy of the purchase contract
- For a refinance...a copy most recent mortgage statement and copy of homeowner certificate of insurance.
